General rules
Read the form and post as it may have more specifics for some aspects of the GO. These are only the general guidelines.Joining
Join by commenting on the post. The post will give instructions. If the comment does not contain the correct information, you are liable to loose your spot. Please follow instructions when claiming a spot. I will NOT accept DMs for claims. It must be on the post.Once your claim is successful, there is no backing out. You must find someone to take your spot if you want to leave. If you back out/cannot pay second or third payment, you will be blocked and blacklisted. Your items will go back up for sale. You will not receive a refund.Group Chat (GC)
After your claim is successful, you will be soon added to the group chat, where announcements and updates will be kept. Please check the group chat regularly as I will not individually message every joiner unless you message me about something.You need to check the group chat regularly as I will send info about what I need. I WILL NOT hunt you down so you fill out the form. If you do not fill out the forms, I cannot send the item(s). If you do not fill the address/dom form out within one week of notification in the group chat, I will put your claim back up for sale WITHOUT a refund to you. You will also be blocked and blacklisted from joining future GOs.Masterlist
This is where you find all forms and information. It is designed to inform us both on what you have and have not sent. Most of the time, it will contain everything you need to do and know without having to ask me.Joining form: what you submit once you have a successful claim. Payment info will be inside.Spreadsheet: where you find your claims, payments, and forms received. It is also where you will find shipping cost and tracking number once shipped. I keep it updated as often as possible.Address form: what you submit once items have shipped to me. If shipping payment is needed, you will also pay it here. The post and form will state how many payments will be made during the time of the GO. Usually it is 1-2 payments. Merch may require a third for EMS.Payments
I will not take G&S because of the fees and policies. I would have to pay to accept your money. IF YOU SEND BY G&S, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS THE FEES AND BLOCKED!I accept Paypal F&F, Venmo, and Wise. Occasionally, I will accept CC. Payment info will be given in the forms when payment is needed.Please pay on time. If you cannot pay by the deadline, DM me and we can discuss alternatives. I can wait a little bit.Also, do not pay and fill out a form until you have been added to a group chat for that GO. If your claim is not successful, I would have to refund you, which will make me very upset. In the likelihood this happens, I will be block you for not following instructions.Sorting:
There will be a PC sorting form after the items have shipped to me, The sorting form drop time will be voted on by everyone. Priority is determined by time stamp. The exception is if you want a sealed album. Sorting forms will be linked in the group chat (GC). I will also send sorting preview with the link.Shipping
After the items ship, there will be an address form linked in my Masterlist when the items have been shipped to me. I will give the notification in the group chat when I have the form up and when I need it by. If there is an EMS payment, the form will be linked in the Masterlist and notification will be sent in the GC.Typically ship PC only through stamped unless you ask and/or there 8+ PCs, which get sent tracked. Albums may be sent by media mail or first class package unless priority is requested.I ship photocards 1-3 cards per a top loader, each in separate sleeves. I ship a max of 4 top loaders in a large card. In the event of tracked and multiple cards, I will send a max of 2 cards per a sleeve inside cardboard. Postcards DO NOT get top loaders unless you request and pay for one (+$2). Albums are shipped in bubble wrap inside a bubble mailer. If able, merch will be wrapped in bubble wrap.If you are concerned about how the item is being shipped, it is YOUR responsibility to ask. I will pack them the best I think they should be packed. If you want it a certain way, please let me know BEFORE I start packing. I will not refund for items that you received after not asking about packing before.I write "DO NOT BEND" on everything!Disclaimer
Once mailed, I am not liable for what happens. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail or how the albums come to me. I will try to work with you to fix the problem, but I cannot control how the postal company treats your mail. This includes the items being sent to me. I will not refund lost mail, especially when I have not touched it.Finally, if you have any questions, please DM me!
